ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm James Fender, the founder of THE NUTRITION PROGRAM and also coach/.owner of ELITE FITNESS Las Palmas.

Ever since I embarked on my journey in the field of nutrition, I've firmly believed that nutrition coaching should be a dynamic exchange between the professional and the client, which involves providing education throughout the process, empowering individuals to take charge of their own well-being and in the end meal choices. My individual goal with every client is to arm them with enough basic knowledge for them to be able to enjoy food when they want and never feel limited in social situations. When this happened it's no longer a diet, it's a new lifestyle.

To give you some context, I myself have grappled with issues related to being out of shape and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Much of my adult life was marked by confusion and setbacks, jumping from diet to diet.

Although I could get in shape for holidays or special occasions, the results would often slip away within a few days or weeks. Each time, it became increasingly challenging and a unhealthy relationship with food started and seriously affected my personal life with friends and relationships.

It was then that I made a decision: 'I must find a solution.' Fast forward a decade, after years of studies in nutrition from some of the finest universities, institutes, and seminars, I've now discovered the solution which has already helped 100s of people and now i ve streamlined the process and packaged it up into my own software and coaching service online.

Our specialized nutrition app becomes your ally, aiding you in tracking your intake and fostering a deeper connection with your choices.

MONTH-4

FOOD FREEDOM

As you cross the midpoint, the concept of food freedom truly takes hold. You'll confidently navigate social gatherings and dining out, applying the principles of Flexible Dieting without compromising on enjoyment. This is where your autonomy flourishes, proving that health and pleasure can coexist harmoniously.

FINE TUNING
